Reset your password to login. You will receive an email, with a link to a password reset screen, that will log you in, immediately after.
SportsConnect and BlueSombrero are aware of an ongoing error, affecting some user accounts, where login information is not being saved. This will hopefully be cleared up, quickly.
How do I enter an additional parent or guardian as an account holder?
If you don't want to be the only parent receiving game and practice announcements, you will need to add another adult to your account.
DO NOT SETUP A SECOND ACCOUNT ON THIS SITE, FOR ANOTHER PARENT. Children may only be associated with one account, so the other grown-ups in their lives must be added to the same account.
At the top of this website, is a "My Account" link, which will take you to your SportsConnect profile screen. From this window:
- Click on the gear icon, in the upper-right corner of the profile window.
- You will see your information next, in the "Account Holder 1: Primary/Parent Guardian Information" screen.
- Scroll to the bottom, and click the button labeled: "Add an Additional Account Holder"
- Enter the other adult's gender, name, email address and relationship to participants.
- Click the button "Invite Account Holder and Continue".
- Your work is done. Now, the second parent must go to their email, accept the invitation, and login to this site.
